The calendar reflects up to date availability for all rooms; rates are seasonal from £90 per night for 4 bed occupancy.  To book the whole facility which sleeps up to 14, choose exclusive use in the booking calendar .

All rates reflect per room basis; cost is the same if there are only 2 people staying in a 4-bedroom, best value is 4 people staying in a 4 bedroom!

Forest = 4 beds | Moor = 6 beds | River = 4 beds

Rates include bedding/towels and use of a secure lock up facility for bikes and outdoor gear, access to the drying room and communal kitchen/lounge.  Laundry facility on request (chargeable).

Dogs: cost £25 per dog, only available on exclusive use basis, not secure grounds, only accepted on basis that they are kept in the kitchen/diner

Click on the period you wish to book; the rate detail will display.  Choosing exclusive use requests the whole facility for up to 14 guests.

Complete the booking form providing card details to pay the 20% deposit.  Once your reservation has been accepted, deposit cleared, a confirmation reservation will be sent to the email address provided on the booking form.
